What's new in yMGV ?

           -New "Compendium" module. Gives you a list of genes coregulated with your favorite gene. More explaination here
           -New tutorial is up.
August 5th 2003: New version of the access 2 module.
August 1st 2003: S. cerevisiae GO major re-annotation have been done by SGD using recently sequenced fungi. More informations can be found on SGD website. yMGV was updated accordingly.
July 29th 2003: 6 new S. cerevisiae datasets added, there is now 1544 conditions from 82 publications in yMGV
               Bro_lithium, Duvel_TAP42, Ohkuni_NAP1, Segal_modules, Smith_Peroxisomes, Townsend_Montalcino
May 24th 2003:
            - yMGV will be presented at the "Genomics and bioinformatics Arena" at YEAST 2003.
              It's a good oportunity to give your feedback on yMGV tools and to discover futur yMGV tools.
April 29th 2003: yMGV v2 is online. New features are:
        - Expression dataset from S. pombe Sanger center project have been included and inter organism query is possible.
               Chen_stress, Mata_sporulation
        - 15 new S. cerevisiae datasets added. There is now 1347 S. cerevisiae conditions from 75 publications in yMGV.
                Baetz_SWI4_SLT2, Bedalov_SIR2, Chitikila_TBP, Cohen_YAPs, Huang_PHO85, Kaeberlein_osmolarity,
                 Kuruvilla_uretupamine, Lascaris_HAP4, Lin_calorie, Meneghini_HTZ1, Palkova_colonies, Plowright_SaframycinA,
                 Savoie_griseofulvin, Smith_Peroxisomes, Zhang_DMSO.
        - Functional description are now provided by the Gene Ontology consortium.
        - Interface improvement: new page design, more links to navigate inside and outside yMGV.
        - Database partly redesigned: faster!
