Transcriptome plateform analysis tools
In this section of the website, you will find tutorials for DNA microarray analysis
just as software and tools that we use on the microarray platform for DNA microarray
analysis. All the references and the providers mentionned in the following pages
are those we are used to. However, there is no requirement to use these specific
methods, products and providers. Do not forgrt to visit also our "training"
section. A lot of ressources, training course and examples are available to
help you.
- DNA microarrays image analysis
In this section, you will find tutorials on the way we analyse our images
after slide scanning. You will find also references to the software
we use.
- DNA microarrays normalization
In this web site section you will find all the tools and tutorials we
use for DNA microarrays results normalization.

- Expression matrices pre-treatment
Tutorials on this page will allow you to apply various treatment to
your expression data before searching for differentially expressed genes
or co-regulated genes.

- How to find differentially
expressed genes?
T utorial available in this section will show you how you can obtain
using statiscal methods a list of significant genes from several replicate
experiments.

- Clustering
T utorials from this section will help you classify genes in categories
when your micraorray results are coming from different tyoe of experiements.
- Data mining
All the tools developped to help DNA microarrays results visualization
and comparison are described here.
