DNA microarrays slides production

• SYBR green quality controls

SYBR green labelling protocol used for DNA microarray quality control:

1. We use SYBR green I (ref : 1988131) from Roche.
2. 1 µl of the product is diluted in a Falcon tube containing 50 ml of water or 50 ml of 1X TBE.
3. Let the slide during 10 minutes in the tube.
4. Rinse the slide 2 times either in 50 ml of water or in 50 ml of 1X TBE.
5. Centrifuge the slide during 2 minutes at 450 rpm as for the hybridization protocol.
6. Scan the slide.
