Mouse cDNA Synthesis and Labelling protocols:

Several protocols are available for mouse according to labelling type desired and the chips type used:

  • For 15k and NeuroDev2 chips (PCR products), the labelling protocol is not currently available.
  • For Synapse chips (oligonucleotides), the labelling protocol is available in a HTML format here
  • Pour les lames 22k (oligonucléotides), the labelling protocol is available in a HTML format here
