• 10/14/2009:  Press release from the CNRS about the work done in collaboration with Pascal Jean Lopez at the ENS on diatoms. (more information). • 10/06/2009:  Our new 2 microns scanner from Agilent is now fully working. It allows the scanning of the new high resolution arrays from Agilent and Nimblegen. • 11/28/2008:  The platform has now the IBISA label. (more information).
Introduction The Genomic Service from the Biology Department (SGDB) is located within the Ecole Normale Supérieure in Paris. The SGDB transcriptome platform is intended to produce DNA microarrays and to offer for scientific community use facilities to make the most of these DNA micorarrays (genes list, protocols, scanner, image analyses workstation, practical training, etc...).
